CBCA New Illustrator Award

I’m honoured to share that I’ve been awarded the Children’s Book Council of Australia’s New Illustrator Award for Grow Big, Little Seed.

This award recognises debut picture book illustrators who demonstrate promise and artistry in children’s literature. To be acknowledged by the CBCA is deeply meaningful to me, I grew up treasuring books with CBCA stickers on their covers, never imagining that one day my own work would join them.

Illustration has the power to shape how children see and experience stories, and I’m grateful to contribute to that tradition.
