Luminescent Longreach

Luminescent Longreach is an ambitious project to create a unique night experience using sound and light show technology projected on the fuselage of the iconic Boeing 747, Boeing 707 and Super Constellation aircraft. This experience enables visitors to learn about the history of Outback Queensland Qantas in a new and memorable way. 

I was brought onto the project by The Buchan Group to develop the storyboards, create style frame art, and to animate final shots of this 25 minute show.

Using multiple art styles to help show the various time periods of the story across 100 years, I designed all the illustrative shots based on rough storyboards provided by the team. I used 2D and 3D programs to design and animate the final shots.
